Playlist search does not work. #246

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a playlist file and show the playlist.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to search for a title in the playlist. This does not
work. In addition to that, when I try to search for something that starts
for example with 'c' the controls are hidden/shown, which is not what is
expected when the playlist has the focus and I type to search something in it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.6 on Fedora 11 x86_64, Gnome 2.26.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I would switch to gnome-mplayer as my default media player if that helps ;)

No... when I get to it, it hasn't been a commonly requested feature. I believe
you
are the first to ask for it.

How many files you are loading that you need from searchbar? :)

Playlist search is now enabled. Your mouse MUST be over the playlist for this to
work, as I use the mouse position to know when to disable the other accelerator
keys
so that the search will work. When the mouse is moved off the playlist, the
accelerator keys are turned back on.
