allow middle-click to pause/start media file #408

Feature request:
would it be OK to allow using the middle-click to pause/start media files?
Currently the event is not mapped. Personally I'd like to use it whenever in
fullscreen and with "pause playback on mouse click" disabled.

Thank you

Personally I think this is a little overkill, since P, [spacebar] and left
click will
all pause the playback. So adding another is not a real high priority.

Yeah, also the middle-click is not very intuitive for such an action.

It would be great, though, if in the c-menu play/stop would come first in the
list, to
the expense of Open (suggested earlier on the list). Would there be drawbacks
to this?

Reordered menu... discussion of it does not block in this error report.

Thank you. I have just checked out r1713 and noticed that the play/pause and
stop
items have swapped places. For example this breaks consistency with the
Controls
panel, where play/pause comes first and stop second. Was this modification
intended?

No they did not change places... please delete gui.c and repull it from SVN. If
that
does not fix it, please post screen shots.
