[feature request] Add option to sync subtitle on the fly #637

Could we get a option to sync subtitle on the fly like in mplayer? Where you 
use z and x?

I believe those keys are already handled in the code. They appear to work in 
the SVN version (to be 1.0.7). You can turn on the OSD to see the change in the 
delay.
