Use settings from ~/.mplayer/config as defaults #670

I'm forwarding Debian bug report #699695. A full history can be found at [1].

As I understand the report, the reporter wants gnome-mplayer to fall back to
the settings found in ~/.mplayer/config unless specified otherwise in
gnome-mplayer. For example, the audio device is handled like that, but the
video output is not.

gnome-mplayer actually actively ignores the .mplayer/config file on purpose as
the commandline usage maybe different than the viewer usage. it takes about 15
seconds to change the defaults of the program, so i dont think i am asking for
much user work here. if you leave the values blank it will use what mplayer is
setup for, but it is to the users benefit to configure them in gnome mplayer as
well.
