[Regression 1.0.8b] Window width grows when playlist go to next item.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Execute gnome-mplayer in windowed mode.
2. Check View -> Playlist.
3. Add a few audio files.
4. While play first, press Next button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window width grows every time that new item is played.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.8b - TinyCore Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
It's wrong since revision 2390.

I attach a possible patch for review.
