A release was created on GitHub. However, the comprehensive list of changes was not. This need to be compiled and entered into the release notes

Using this space to put together the list

New abstract sidpy.Reader class meant to extract sidpy.Dataset objects from other objects / measurement files
Better documentation on using and plotting with sidpy.Dataset
Fixed bugs in sidpy.viz.plot_utils.curve.cbar_for_line_plot and plot_line_family
