♻️ Simplify project structure

Changes

• Remove standalone isort - use with ruff instead.
• Remove types namespace.
• Make phonenumbers optional.
• Use pydantics ruff rules.
• Install pydantic beta instead of pydantic main's branch - matching pydantic-settings.
• Remove pytest-asyncio and pytest-mock from dependencies.
