How do I cite the Patsy library? #188

I would like to know how to cite this library since I used its modules in some computation for a paper.

There's no paper, so you'd cite however your citation system cites software, e.g. https://blog.apastyle.org/apastyle/2015/01/how-to-cite-software-in-apa-style.html
