Placing/layout of version switcher in burger menue #1731

As my comments on #1720 are still valid, I open a new issue so taht they don't get lost.

When the version switcher is placed in navbar_end together with the icon_links, they appear in the same line in the burger menu on small screens: 308911111-51db1549-7c87-476b-a05c-5c4433220d12

Ther are two things to mention: 1) the alignement is not good; 2) the font is slightly larger than that used for the other menu items.

Concerning 1) I would suggest to always place the version switcher in a separat line.

Thanks for opening a new issue about this. I hadn't (yet) lost track of your comments, but surely I would have sooner or later :)
