Investigate alternatives to codecov #1753

Talking with @trallard I was made aware the codecov seem to regularly fails and it's annoying.

I was made aware of https://github.com/py-cov-action/python-coverage-comment-action, which might be an alternative.

Just fyi I am looking into this ATM so we do not duplicate efforts
