Include notebooks in documentation #710

We can, as a follow-up, include notebooks in documentation. Maybe a task for the upcoming intern.

@DeaMariaLeon This is a pre-requisite for the tutorials later. Can you look into testing and including notebooks in docs?

(I believe we already test them)
