A model that can detect Nigerian Lincensce number plates #3

What problem are we trying to solve?

The traffic situation in Lagos is mostly due to drivers violating traffic rules. And the do so because there is not system that can track and book them when they break the rules. I feel a model that can detect a Nigerian licence plate number will go a long way to help the law enforcement agencies to track down these traffic violators. This model can be fitted into special phone app or traffic lights camera with the feed from it going into a central data based.

Who will benefit (directly and indirectly) from this project?

The Nigerian Law Enforcement agencies and the Nigerian people

yea... http://www.lsmvaapvs.org/ can be a used to then get more information about the plate number. check out this repo... on of us (lekan) has done something similar. https://github.com/Olamyy/plate-recognizer
