Add vagrant setup, with ansible as provisioner #2

It would be great if you can update the REAMDE on how to make this work like a little para on where to install vagrant and virtualbox from, etc. Basically a Prerequisites and Getting Started section, with commands like vagrant up, etc.

Add your self to CONTRIBUTORS.txt, and let's make use of present tense for writing commit messages. Also, for future, it convenient if you make a pull request from a properly named git branch instead of master, you can keep updating the side branch as the PR is under review.

I've added this code with little modification into master. Issue no. #5 created to with whatever further updated needed in this PR.
