Add ansible role for planet python #3

[x] add DNS entry to point to our server (https://planet.pydelhi.org)
[ ] create guidelines doc on how some can add his/her blogs' rss feed added to it [1]
[ ] ansible role should:
- [ ] setup a virtualhost via nginx
- [ ] setup the planet software
- [ ] run it via supervisor, with reload handler, etc.
- [ ] ...

Advance(optional):

[ ] Setup caching at varnish/nginx level
