fixed typo `assests` to `assets`, fix for issue #14 #15

renamed the directory 'assests' to 'assets', and also made the required change in 3 files which are using the directory

I'm going to hold on to merging this as it will break the other sub-sites deployed at pydelhi. All the changes need to happen at once.

It would be great, if you can include your name in CONTRIBUTORS.txt and update CHANGELOG.md. thanks. @rajat404

I have updated CHANGELOG.md & CONTRIBUTORS.txt I noticed that the only other sub-site with the similar issue is pydelhi/talks. I'm happy to make the necessary changes in that repository as well. If there is any other repo with the same case, please let me know.
