Unable to upload user image - Policies blocked GET request #457

Trying to set a user image ends in Policies blocked GET request at /a/frontend/binaries/USER/username?... Did not find a policy setting which I could change... This is cells 4.0.6 on Archlinux (compiled from source) - uploading files works
