syncing to Client via 3\4g Modem #22

We are test moving a 200 MB file to a Windows 7 32 bit client using a 3\4g Cellular modem. We start the download and get into it about 9% and it stops. Any ideas where to look?

BTW- It appears to download okay to a wifi connection.

Figured this out, the progress meter wasn't working properly, but the file was transferring.
