[Suggestion] Sync every... #46

A suggestion to the core- sync-app: Sync, if something changed (Push?), not every X minutes/hours, etc.

At least, it would be great to have a "Sync instantly" next to the other 3 options.

this will be in the next project (python based), as it requires otherwise quite a lot of processing.
