Hi.
I would like to report that client (PydioSync-0.8.4-Linux-x86_64) has some problem with GNOME.
I have Ubuntu 14.04 (but I also tried with Ubuntu 12.04) and, when I launch the JAR file, something strange happens:
a small window, with no name, appears and close itself immediately
in the terminal where I launched, client starts to sync repos normally
nothing appears in the systray bar and, if I want to terminate sync activity, I have to give "CTRL+C" command
If is the first time that I launch the client, the "Connection Settings" window appears normally, but that is the first and last time that I see a client's window.
I also tried with XFCE, LXDE and KDE and all of them works great! Seems that only Unity, GNOME Classic and GNOME 3.x doing that.

It's not a "big" problem, because sync works fine, but I can't manage settings and jobs. I followed those solutions http://www.webupd8.org/2013/05/how-to-get-systray-whitelist-back-in.html http://www.howtogeek.com/68119/how-to-bring-app-icons-back-into-unitys-system-tray/ and some other on the same argument, but nothing changes.
