I recieve:

Error while trying to connect to http://pydio.myserver.biz :
Access to the server is forbidden

Please post here https://pydio.com/forum/f/forum/troubleshooting/pydiosync/ This as to do with your web server configuration (apache / nginx) not Pydio

And also did you read https://pydio.com/en/docs/v6/checking-sync and tried https://yourserver.tld/runTests.php?api=true (sample workspace slug: my-files)?
