bump email #43

Under your profile, and the email notifications tab. To be able to elect if the "It's your turn" email is sent or not. I have the client and 20 games going, so these emails are not required.

Also, a bump email, if a player has not played their turn for 3 days, just once

There's now a turn notifications email checkbox, fixed in d5085bded3c08a8af549ddc806fa9607e49e072e. I'm not sure how i'll implement the turn bump feature, leaving this open for that.
