Implement stacked bar chart for turn duration distribution #89

Unable to quickly see my impact on the game turn duration. I am not concerned about other players turn durations as much as assuring that I am taking turns at an acceptable pace. But you could also consider a checkbox that enables optional display of the contributions of all players in a stacked bar.
