Test to make sure the tutorial runs on Windows. #83

The tutorial runs for me on Windows 7 with Chrome 43.0.2357.130.

But the visualization widget does not load the canvas in Firefox 38. The buttons and slider appear but no canvas.

I opened this issue on PyDy: https://github.com/pydy/pydy/issues/248

For now we will have to have Windows users use Chrome (or maybe IE 11).

Closing, as it at least works with Chrome on Windows.
