eppy3000.dbm_functions.json2dbm not working on all versions of E+ when running main

• tested and works with E+ version 9.5, 9.6
• Does not work with E+ version 22-1 and higher
• Does not work with E+ version 9.3 and lower

Not fixing it for version earlier than 9.3 It is missing a group key

It is fixed for later versions.
