area detector display should make sure to enable callbacks #3

on startup, area detector display should ensure that $(P):cam1:ArrayCallbacks
$(P):image1:EnableCallbacks are both 1.

fixed, added enabling several callbacks and using OVER1 (overlay1) as NDArrayPort for file saving plugins
