proof read changes and comments/suggestions on structure and wording #239

typos etc from proof-reading the updated domain section. Also some comments/suggestions on presentation and ordering. The latter may well be an unwelcome distraction, in which case please ignore and excuse the noise. These suggestions only go as far as the start of the Aggregates section. I would be happy to work on/suggest further changes if useful. No issues, obviously, if not. Hope the typo updates are useful if nothing else.
