For some reason, in your repo this text was modified ~ 4 years ago, to add a "not" word: https://github.com/pyexcel/pyexcel-io/commit/b942935169bb3a1f1028e716e409f2158cc07623#diff-c693279643b8cd5d248172d9c22cb7cf4ed163a3c98c8a3f69c2717edd3eacb7

Can this change be reverted, to clarify that your project is indeed licensed under BSD 3 clause, rather than something different?
