Affects only current master. Caused by an upstream issue https://github.com/wxWidgets/Phoenix/issues/1144

We will have to update to 4.0.5 to have it resolved.

Upstream issue has been fixed but our issue is still there. I do not see facilities to detect key press regardless of current keyboard layout.

Doesn't affect Windows, so most likely linux-only issue
