Order of bonuses is not matching in-game #2019

EVE has traits tab, so does Pyfa. Sometimes order of skill bonuses is not matching in-game; i.e., according to reports, it matches for hound and nemesis and wrong for purifier and manticore.

I tried removing sorting in both phobos' trait miner and pyfa's json2sql conversion, but then on quite many ships it doesn't match what we have in-game and looks like garbage.

Until it's clear how EVE sorts them, we will keep sorting by skill name.

Examples of ingame order:

bombers: covops -> frigate
AFs: assault -> frigate
legion: defensive > offensive > propulsion > core > strategic > role
tengu/proteus/loki: defensive > core > offensive > propulsion > strategic > role
