Spaceship Command (SC) is defaulted to level 3, per starting skills. Evasive Maneuvers (EM) starts at level 1, but I have it at level 2. The following issue occurs with a MWD active.
EM=2, SC=3 Align: 4.73s
EM=3, SC=3 Align: 4.46s
EM=4, SC=3 Align: 4.2s
EM=4, SC=4 Align: 4.11s
EM=4, SC=5 Align: 4.2s
Spaceship Command should improve agility by 2%. Instead, level 4 effectively decreases it in PYFA, adding 9s to the align time. And then at level 5 returning it to the Level 3 value.
It seesm to work fine if a MWD or AB is not active. I noticed it reports the same numbers for either proplusion module, which seems wierd considering the speed differences between the two. But that may be normal.
This only occurs with the Heron. I've tested it on the Imicus, Probe and Magnate. All of which reported the expected decrease in align time with increase in EM and SC past level 3.
I may have something to do with fitting two Type-D Restrained Inertial Stabilizers (Which I have two fit to the low slots). I tested with two generic Inertial Stabilizers I and Inertial Stabilizers II. Neither of these had the weird issue at level 4 SC. With only one Type-D Restrained Inertial Stabilizers and a Nanofiber the nonlinear align time values were not an issue either.
