[Feature Request] Change multiple charge quantities in cargo at once. #2313

Currently, if you have multiple items selected in the cargo window, and right click->change charge quantity, only the line you specifically right clicked on gets changed. I'd like to be able to add one of each type of ammo, or command burst charge, for example, and set them all to the same number at once.

edit: if this gets implemented hopefully it would be for all things in hangars you can change quantity of, charges, modules, drones, etc
