fix text color when using a dark system theme #2347

fix #2048 change the text color in item traits, description, attributes window according to the system theme

Oh, a side-note - i won't add any release notes on this fix not to trigger windows users who have been begging for dark mode for years (which is kinda impossible due to limitations of wx).
