Skiff has wrong drone bandwith #2368

Bug Report

Skiff shows only 25mb bandwith

Expected behavior: Skiff has 50mb bandwith

Actual behavior: Skiff has 25mb drone bandwith

Detailed steps to reproduce:

Fits involved in EFT format (Edit > To Clipboard > EFT):

Release or development git branch? Please note the release version or commit hash: v2.38.1

Operating system and version (eg: Windows 10, OS X 10.9, OS X 10.11, Ubuntu 16.10):

The drone bandwidth is affected by modules like the Warp Core Stabilizer, which is reflected by PyFa. Make sure you do not have one on your fit.
