Orca ship bonus not applied to Shield Command modules #2409

Orca ship's 1%/level bonus to Shield Command Burst is not applied as the max out effect is 18.8(18.75)%, while the correct value should be 19.6875%. The bonus is not applied regardless of the T1/T2 module or shield command charge types. Changing Industrial Command Ship skill level does not change bonus value as well.

OS: Win 10 Pyfa version: 2.39.3
