Strong veilguard booster is classified as a "hardshell" booster #2414

Bug Report: the strong veilguard booster is classified as a "hardshell" booster, by which I mean it appears in the hardshell booster group instead of it's own separate group.

Expected behavior: This should probably be in it's own item subgroup within the slot 11 boosters group

This is how it appears in game as well, so this is issue with EVE's data.
