Need update to event boosters. #2457

As title say. Most boosters in current version expired in game. Added some new.

Im sorry. I actually updated the code a while ago and wanted to fix #2456 before the release, but it turned out to be a hard nut to crack, plus I got busy IRL. Will do a release shortly.
