Feature Request: highlight unusable modules #636

The skillbook icon in the upper right corner turns red when you're missing skills and that's a great help, but it would be useful to highlight the modules that are rendered unusable.

Maybe the background of the entire row could turn red, or the background under the active/online/offline cell could turn red?

Ideally this would work for everything: modules, implants, boosters and drones/fighters.
