Is it possible to confirm it's the CA implants? I can't get on SISI right now, and don't have cybernetic 5 for some of the others ones are unavailable to me.

If you can get me a fit with the least amount of fluff that shows the issue... =) Otherwise this will have to wait until later this week for a sisi visit

Actually, pretty sure t's the CA implants. The CPU/PWG isn't being affected by the implant set bonus as far as I can tell. Odd.
