Currently the collection list view doesn't display anything, even though it is already defined. In any case a new view should be created / the old one improved. This could look something like this for the first version:
The left side are quicklinks that filter a collection by the tag.
The top search searches inside in the title and the text.
When clicking on one of the listed collections, it should open up the detailed collection view for the clicked collection.
