Copyright line has only 2007. #124

I noticed the copyright line in twitter.py has:

# Copyright 2007 Google Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Should this not be: ?

# Copyright 2007 - 2010 Google Inc. All Rights Reserved.

with the classic IANAL caveat...

I tend to see this as a style issue with whoever created the project and since 
dclinton has touched the Copyright statement once already to move it to a group 
project, I'm going to go along with his "style" and leave it alone.
