Fluent v2024R2

Description Added a solver wrapper for Fluent/v2024R2; grouped all CoCoNuT-Fluent journal files in one (like the UDFs earlier, see #255)

Users' experience affected? Compatibility with ANSYS Fluent v2024R2.

Other parts of the code affected? No

Tests All Fluent unit tests pass (v2024R2 also on UGent HPC Tier 2, cluster Donphan), evaluate_examples.py passes.
