These changes are intended to be seen as suggestions. Feel free to adjust/tune at your discretion.
Note: I also made a couple of small changes that I find make it easier to edit the md in a text editor (notepad++ in this case) so the diff is pretty big. Apologies if that's not the preferred way to format the file.
