In discord, Starbuck5 mentioned that we should talk about the downsides of sysfont. Specific quote:

In the fonts article, there should be an explanation of the downsides of sysfont. AKA it can’t always find it, goes to default instead
Or worse, it tries to emulate the bold and it looks awful
