Make domain switching easier when using defaults #280

Add an easy way to change the default domain - assuming all default values are used.

If default values are not being used, configuration should be manual and the flag should be invalidated.

This is ready... but it needs linux testing as CI indicates this isn't working in linux?

Closing this one - seems to be a lot more practical when using a custom haproxy image. Will keep the code stashed somewhere, but this has reached a point of not being possible for reasons outside of pygmy's control.
