Maybe as a dropdown menu in the top right corner:

Report a bug:
- Documentation bug (pgi-docgen)
- Report a library bug (link to he project bug tracker)
Module resources:
- Project page
- Main repository
- Bug tracker

It would be best if most of this was retrieved automatically, not sure how (doap files?)

all the info is there now on the index page. needs a sphinx extension + javascript or something for the dropdown.
