It provides all the changes related to the repos merging process.
The goal is to keep just one unique repo to handle and manage Python Girona meetings and talks.
The other one (xerrades) has been deleted, and this one (ideesxerrades) has been renamed to xerrades. The unique existent issue (related to the possible locations) was migrated to this repo to keep traceability about the decisions of the organization. Also all the attachments and already uploaded talks has been migrated properly.
It also provides a fresh initial README with (re)formatted data, headers and a brief description about the purpose of this repo.
