Build platform-specific packages #178

This is to add more convenient setup on top of PyInstaller pacakges (#22)

[x] Linux:
- [x] deb
- [x] snap
- [x] rpm
[x] MacOS: build .dmg

[x] Windows: build InstallForge installer

Other release prerequisites:

[x] Fix dependency issue with PyInstaller + requests-cache 1.0 alpha
- Fixed in main, but needs another patch release
[x] Platform-specific installation docs
[x] Fix issue with incorrect path to /assets in pyinstaller package
