Several new columns have been added to the SQLite database. Anyone who's installed a previous version of naturtag will get an OperationalError due to missing columns.
Options:
Manual option (workaround for now): rm ~/.local/share/Naturtag/naturtag.db
Lazy option: on startup, drop and re-create observation and/or taxon tables if they're incompatible
Okay option: SQL script to add new columns and indices
Better option (if more future changes are likely): Database migrations with Alembic
There may be some compatibility issues with SQLite with workarounds needed, e.g. for DROP COLUMN statements in downgrades
