Make a separate PR for packages that are (directly or indirectly) stuck with numpy < 2. Otherwise, they will come back to haunt us next week again...

Hmm, interesting idea. I guess it depends on how much overlap is there in packages' release schedules.

I think at the moment, the weekly runs are still manageable.
