Update ontology gif #196

Now that some performance upgrades are in, I want to upgrade the ontology gif so it doesn't have all that hangning.

I couldn't find my notes on how I made the last gif, so here is a note to self from this time: Recording on the macbook is trivial with cmd+shift+5; .mov to .gif conversion was with cloudconvert.
